DEmbryo is (IIRC) what we've traditionally used for donor embryos, to distinguish from donor eggs (DE).
If you are taking meds without doing IUI you can also list your cycle like this:
Clomid #1 (for Clomid tablets)
Inj #1 (for cycles using one of the vast array of injectibles to induce ovulation)
Femara #1 (if you want to distinguish which injectible you are on, especially for those who have tried a variety of different meds).
To add to the above comment, you can also list as OI #1 (ovulation induction #1) without naming the medication. Actually - this doesn't come up often, which is why the system has become a little inconsistent - but I think originally we were listing as OI/inj #1 or OI/clomid #1.
